Readiness Consulting · Online · Two hours + written summary

In two hours, you will know exactly where AI can save your team the most time, and what to do about it first.

A personal, in-depth session where I look at how your organisation works, identify your biggest AI opportunities, and give you a clear written summary within three working days. No jargon, no generic recommendations, specific to your team, your tools, and your real work.

Who it is for

This is for you if

  • You know AI matters for your organisation but are not sure where to start.
  • You have Microsoft 365 and possibly Copilot, but nothing is really being used yet.
  • You need a written report to take to your board, IT team, or budget holder before committing to anything.
  • You were burned by a previous tech rollout and want to be careful this time.
  • You want an honest assessment from someone who works inside Microsoft 365 every day, not a vendor trying to sell you a subscription.

This is not for you if

You are already clear on your AI strategy and ready to start. In that case, the right place to begin is the Working Session or the AI Enabled Workplace.

Not sure yet?

Start with the free 7-minute assessment. It will give you a general picture and help you decide whether the Readiness Review is the right next step.

What is included

What you get

Before the session

Once you book, you receive a short five-question form to complete at least 24 hours before we meet. It covers your team size, the Microsoft 365 apps you use most, whether you have Copilot licenses, your biggest time consumers, and who will be in the session. This means we arrive prepared, not spending the first 30 minutes on basics.

The two-hour session Delivered online
30 min

Understanding how your work happens

I ask about your team, your tools, and how a typical week looks. Where does information live? Where does work get stuck? What would a good week look like if things ran more smoothly?

45 min

Mapping your biggest AI opportunities

We go through your key workflows task by task. For each one, I am looking at how much time it takes, how often it happens, and whether AI could do it faster or better. By the end of this block, we have a clear picture of where the time goes and where the wins are.

30 min

Reviewing your current setup

I look at what you already have: which Microsoft 365 apps are in use, whether Copilot is switched on and being used, and whether there are any technical blockers we need to know about before going further.

15 min

My initial read

Before we finish, I give you my honest first impressions. Where is the biggest opportunity? What would I do first? What would make the most difference in the first month? You leave the session with something useful, not just a promise of a report.

The written summary Delivered within 3 working days

Maximum two pages. Plain language throughout. Written to be shared. Many clients use it as the internal document that gets sign-off on the next stage of investment.

Where you are now

Your current state with Microsoft 365 and AI, honestly assessed.

Your three biggest AI opportunities

Specific workflows, estimated time savings, and which tool solves each one.

What is in the way

Any blockers, gaps, or things to resolve before moving forward.

What to do first

One clear recommended next step, not a menu of options.

Pricing

The cost does not disappear

Delivered online. Fixed fee, everything included.

If you decide to go further, into the Working Session or the AI Enabled Workplace, the full cost is credited toward that engagement. You are not paying twice for the same work. The session we do together becomes the foundation for whatever comes next.

If you decide not to go further, you still have a clear, written picture of where your organisation stands and what to do first. That has value on its own.

A note

Is the free assessment enough?

The free assessment on the website takes seven minutes and gives you a general picture. It is a useful starting point for anyone who wants to get a feel for where they are.

The AI Readiness Review is different. It is personal. I am in the room with you, asking about your specific team, your specific tools, and your specific workflows. The output is written specifically for your organisation, not generated from a template. And it is designed to be shared with the people who make decisions.

If you are not sure which one to do first, start with the free assessment. If what you read makes you want to go deeper, the Readiness Review is the next step.

Questions

Questions people ask before booking

How long does the session take?

Two hours. Before the session you complete a short five-question form, and within three working days after we meet you receive the written summary. Most clients are done within a week of booking.

Who should be in the room?

Whoever makes decisions about tools, operations, or IT: a founder, operations lead, IT manager, or department head. You do not need a technical background. The session is a conversation, not a technical audit.

Do I need to prepare anything?

Just the five-question form sent after booking. It covers your team size, the Microsoft 365 apps you use most, whether you have Copilot licenses, your biggest time consumers, and who will be in the session. That is everything I need to arrive prepared.

What if I decide not to go further after the session?

That is completely fine. You still leave with a clear, written picture of where your organisation stands and what to do first. The report has value on its own and is written to be shared internally. There is no obligation to continue.

Can we do it remotely?

Yes. The session is delivered online via video call. It works just as well remotely, and most clients prefer it that way.

How does the credit work if I continue?

If you go on to book the Working Session or the AI Enabled Workplace, the full cost of the Readiness Review is credited toward that engagement. You are not paying twice for the same ground. The session we do together becomes the foundation for whatever comes next.

Ready to find out where you stand?

Book a Readiness Review and within a week you will have a clear, written picture of where AI can make the most difference for your team, and exactly what to do about it.
