Team Training · Online · Up to 12 people
Half a day inside your own environment. Your team leaves with AI already doing part of the job.
This is not a generic Copilot demonstration. We work inside your Microsoft 365 tenant, on your actual documents and your real tasks, with the people who do that work every day. Two 2-hour sessions, up to 12 people, one fixed price, everything included.
Why this works
Generic training does not survive Monday morning
Most Copilot training happens off-site, on sample data, in a room full of people from different organisations. It is polished and professional. And by the following week, almost nobody is using what they learned, because nothing they practiced had anything to do with how their job actually works.
The Working Session is different. We work inside your tenant, on your documents, on the tasks your team does every day. What they practice in the session is what they do on Tuesday morning. That is how habits form.
What is included
Everything in one price
Discovery call
A short call to map your team's roles, tools, and the tasks that eat the most time. This is how I make the session specific to your organisation rather than generic.
License and access check
I check that everyone has the right licenses and access before the session day. One of the most common reasons training fails is spending the first 30 minutes solving login issues. That does not happen here.
Pre-session video
Sent to all participants before the day. Covers what Copilot is, what to expect, and how to get the most from the session. Everyone arrives with context, not cold.
Two 2-hour sessions
Delivered on the same day or split across two days, your choice. Feedback from previous sessions showed that two focused blocks with a break work better than one long session. Each block covers a set of workflows specific to the role group in the room.
Up to 12 people per session
Twelve is the cap because above that, hands-on quality drops. Every participant needs screen time on their own tasks, not just watching someone else work. Smaller groups get more, not less.
Grouped by role where numbers allow
Admin teams and managers work differently and need different things from Copilot. Where your numbers allow, we split the sessions by role group so each person is working on tasks that are actually relevant to their job.
Run inside your tenant
Everything happens inside your Microsoft 365 environment, on your real files. Not a demo environment, not sample data. If your team drafts reports, we draft reports. If they run meetings, we capture and summarise meetings.
Responsible use from the start
Data governance, what Copilot does and does not store, and how to use AI in a way that holds up to scrutiny, covered at the beginning of every session, not as an afterthought. This is the part most providers skip.
Recap video
A short video covering the key workflows from the session. Sent to all participants within a few days. Useful for anyone who wants to revisit something, and for team members who could not attend on the day.
One-page summary
A written summary of what was set up in the session: the workflows covered, the prompts used, and how to access everything. Something the team can refer back to without having to ask.
30 minutes of follow-up support
Available within two weeks of the session. For questions that come up once people start using what they learned, the ones that only appear when you are back at your desk trying to make something work.
Who it is for
This is for you if
- You are paying for Copilot licenses and your team is barely using them.
- You want your team trained on their real documents and real tasks, not generic demos.
- You have a group of up to 12 people who need to leave the session actually using AI.
- You want a fixed price with everything included: preparation, delivery, and follow-up.
- You have done your research and you are ready to act, not still deciding whether AI is worth it.
This is not for you if
You are not sure yet whether AI is right for your organisation. In that case, start with the AI Readiness Review, a focused two-hour session that gives you a clear picture of where to begin, with a written summary delivered within three days.
You need AI embedded across your whole organisation over several weeks. That is the AI Enabled Workplace.

A Working Session is one fixed price. Delivered online. Everything above is included.
Up to 12 people per session. Generic off-site Copilot courses are built on sample data that has nothing to do with how your team works. The Working Session is built entirely on your real work, in your own environment, with follow-up included.
More than 12 people? We run additional sessions at the same rate. If your team has 30 people across three role groups, we quote for three sessions. Message me and I will give you a clear number.
Variant
Running a session for leadership or governance teams?
The Working Session format also runs for senior leadership teams, trustees, and governing bodies, where the goal is understanding and shaping AI adoption before it happens across the organisation, not just learning to use the tools.
The format and structure are the same. The content is built around leadership work: strategy documents, board papers, reporting, governance of AI use across a team. Responsible use is a larger part of this session because the governance decisions sit here.
If you are booking for a leadership team, mention it when you get in touch and I will tailor the pre-session questions accordingly.
What comes next
After the Working Session
The Working Session is a complete engagement on its own. Your team leaves with real skills on real tasks, and the follow-up support is there if questions come up.
For many organisations it is also the start of something more. During the session I note the workflows that would benefit most from a deeper build, the ones where a properly configured Copilot setup or a Claude workflow would save the most hours. At the close of every Working Session I share those observations and explain what the AI Enabled Workplace would unlock.
There is no pressure. Some organisations take the Working Session and build from there on their own. Others use it as the first step toward the full engagement. Either way, the session is designed to leave your team better off than they were before it.

Questions
Questions people ask before booking
How many people can attend?
Up to 12 per session. This is not an arbitrary cap. It is the number at which everyone gets meaningful screen time on their own tasks. If you have more than 12 people, we run additional sessions. Message me with your numbers and I will quote accordingly.
Does it matter if people have different levels of experience with Copilot?
No. Most groups have a mix, and that is fine. The pre-session video helps level the basics before the day. Where numbers allow, we also split by role group, which naturally groups people with similar starting points.
Can we do it remotely?
Yes. The session runs online via video call, inside your Microsoft 365 tenant.
What if someone misses the session?
The recap video covers the key workflows and is sent to all participants. For someone who missed the day entirely, it is not a full replacement for the hands-on session, but it covers the main points and keeps them from falling too far behind.
What licenses do we need?
Microsoft 365 with Copilot licenses for the participants. I check this during the license and access review before the session day, so there are no surprises on the day.
What if we do not have Copilot licenses yet?
We can still run the session. Some organisations use the Working Session to experience Copilot hands-on before committing to licenses for the whole team. Get in touch and we will talk through what makes sense for your situation.
